1. Who we are & scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Horizon Aircare (“Horizon Aircare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit horizonaircare.com, quote.horizonaircare.com, request a quote, or receive services from us. It applies to website visitors, quote requesters, and customers in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties, Florida, and anyone else who interacts with us online or by phone.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our quote form, call us, text us, or hire us, we collect: your name, phone number, email address (optional), service address, ZIP code, the service you are interested in, free-text notes you choose to share, communications with us, service and appointment history, and payment information (processed by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers).
Information collected automatically. When you use our websites we and our service providers automatically collect: IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system, the pages you view, the links you click, time on page, referring URL, and approximate location derived from your IP.
Cookies, pixels, and similar tech. We use cookies, web beacons, tags, and SDKs to operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
3. How we use information
- Provide quotes and perform the services you request.
- Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians.
- Process payments and send invoices and receipts.
- Send service updates, appointment reminders, and follow-ups.
- Respond to questions, complaints, and warranty requests.
- Measure the performance of our marketing and advertising.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. Advertising & analytics partners
We use the following partners to operate, measure, and advertise our services. These partners may set cookies or similar identifiers on your device and may receive a hashed version of identifiers you provide (such as your email or phone number) for the purpose of conversion measurement and remarketing.
- Google — Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager. policies.google.com/privacy
- Meta Platforms — Facebook Pixel and Conversions API, used for Facebook and Instagram advertising. facebook.com/privacy/policy
- Microsoft Clarity — session recording and heatmaps. privacy.microsoft.com
5. Your ad choices
You can limit interest-based advertising in several ways:
- Google: adssettings.google.com
- Meta: adjust your ad preferences inside Facebook or Instagram settings.
- Industry opt-outs: optout.networkadvertising.org (NAI) and optout.aboutads.info (DAA).
- Browser controls: most browsers let you block or clear cookies and signal Global Privacy Control (GPC). We treat a GPC signal as a request to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising for the browser sending it.
6. SMS and phone communications (TCPA notice)
By submitting our quote form, calling us, or texting us, you give your prior express written consent for Horizon Aircare and our service providers to contact you by phone call and text message (SMS/MMS) at the number you provided, including by means of an automatic telephone dialing system, artificial voice, or pre-recorded message, for both informational and marketing purposes.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of marketing texts; reply HELP for help. You may also ask us to stop calling or texting by emailing us at info@horizonaircare.com. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages such as appointment confirmations. For our full SMS terms, see our Terms of Service.
7. Email communications
If you give us your email address, we may send you service-related messages (receipts, appointment confirmations, follow-ups) and, with your permission, marketing messages. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, in line with the CAN-SPAM Act. You can opt out of marketing email at any time without affecting service-related messages.
8. How we share information
We share personal information with:
- Service providers who work for us — payment processor, scheduling/CRM, website hosting, call tracking, analytics, and the ad partners listed in Section 4.
- Legal, safety, and compliance — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, sale, or financing of the business.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, California and certain other state laws define “sale” and “sharing” very broadly. Our use of advertising cookies and tags that send data to Google, Meta, and similar partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under those laws. See Section 11 for how to opt out.
9. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, to provide services to you, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it on a reasonable schedule.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your privacy rights
California residents (CCPA / CPRA). Subject to certain exceptions, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell or share.
- Delete personal information we collected from you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Other US states. Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other states with applicable privacy laws may have similar rights, including the right to access, delete, correct, and opt out of targeted advertising and profiling. Florida residents that qualify under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights have the rights granted by that statute against controllers it covers.

12. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Read their privacy policies before sharing information with them.
14. Changes to this policy
